RETURNS POLICY

At Lolo Baby we want happy & satisfied customers. If you need to return your order. Please see conditions below:


We accept return or exchange of item/items that are in new condition, unused, unaltered, free of damage caused by the customer & the item/items must be returned in the original plastic sealed packaging for hygiene reasons.

We must receive the item/items within 30 days of purchase. We will not accept any return orders if not received within the 30 day limit.

When sending your item to us, a proof of tracked postage must be sent to us with your order number stated. (in case of lost in transit this will ensure we can track the item)
We do not cover the cost of returns.
You will receive your full refund (excluding delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the order.

We attempt to send you the correct item/items you have ordered, however we understand here at Lolo Baby that there could be incomplete or incorrect item/items sent to you by mistake. Should this happen please see the return procedure below:

We would require you to submit a query via the 'Enquires' form on our website under the page 'Contact ' within 48 hours of receiving the item/items, together with a picture of the incorrect item/items. There is an option to attach a picture/file on the 'Enquires 'form.
When returning the incorrect item/items it must be in the original sealed plastic packaging in order for us to issue the correct item/items. If the original sealed plastic packing has been opened, we will not be able to replace you the correct item/items without placing a new order at full price which will be payable by you.
We will cover the cost of the delivery for the replacement item/items, if received in the original sealed plastic packaging.

At Lolo Baby we ensure all item/items sent to our customers are in perfect condition, however if there is a damaged item/items that you have received we will replace the item/items.

If you have to return damaged or faulty item/items please see below following procedures:

Upon receiving the item/items, should we find the item not damaged or faulty we will not issue a refund. The item will be sent back to you and a shipping charge will apply.
